Cant get any help or response from the developer.

I wrote the developer on 3 occasions and not one of them has been delivered. They have a bogus email address to send support inquiries to. Its been more than a week and so far it keeps attempting to deliver but cant. When I try to search an address, all I get when I hit Search is an error that says, "Bad Key." Its absolutely worthless unless the developer can get me complaint and fix the problem. Dont waste any of your money on this thing. No service so it has no value.
