I am a farmer and this is a great tool to help determine where to put pivots and measure the area as well. I only wish that there was a way to measure in one step the area in the adjusted circle instead of having to drop flags manually. I also use to measure fields for other needs.

Greatest app ever

Works accurately for my farming operation.

If you need to measure acres its very easy to use. I wish they had a windows desktop version also. Worth way more than the price.

I use this app for myself and all of my farming friends, to calculate acreage for fertilizer and fencing. Very useful!

I farm and work in seed corn sales and find myself using this app weekly. The accuracy is very good based on the comparisons Ive made in measuring plots. Currently, Im measuring the "as the crow flies" distance between a farm and a nearby corn plot. Dont hesitate and download it. Youll be glad you did!

I reviewed an earlier version, and still believe this is the best. I had a question and emailed the developers site. I got an immediate response. (I couldnt figure out how to measure distance without the area measurement.) His answer "Pull up the layers dialog (top of the 6 icons on the right of the screen and use the setting called “Type”. It defaults to area, but tap it once to change to length." Just in case anyone else wonders ;-)

This app is great for personal and professional use. I can measure my property and all outbuildings, driveways, estimate areas for new construction, fencing or adding a crop to my land. I also love it for planning a hike and using it even if I dont have data coverage or signal when Im hiking. Save the file and you can pull it up on your mobile device . You can also share your files with others or post on Facebook directly.

Great app. I use it to plan my walks.
